Where to Buy Cabinet Hardware: The Best Places for Stylish Knobs & Pulls in Every Price Point
Choosing cabinet hardware may seem like a minor detail in a major kitchen renovation, but it’s actually one of the most important decisions you’ll make. The right knobs and pulls are like the jewelry of your kitchen—they help define the overall style and they can elevate a basic cabinet box, and, on the other hand, they can also cheapen an expensive remodel.
The secret to getting it right? Knowing exactly where to look for quality hardware at every price point. Some places are amazing for heirloom-quality brass, and others are simply unbeatable for a bulk order of stylish matte black pulls.
The good news is, that great hardware exists for any budget. I found the perfect hardware for my own kitchen at Rejuvenation, and spent close to $700 for enough knobs and pulls to fill the space. In our former Vermont Airbnb, I bought a few dozen knobs and pulls on Amazon for something like $50. Both were just right for the spaces.

These are the retailers that offer pieces that are heirloom quality, heavy weight, and in those beautiful, “living” finishes like unlacquered brass. This is where you shop if you’re after a custom look that will last a lifetime.

Ferguson Home is known for its wide-ranging collections, style-wise, from traditional forged hardware to super sleek modern pieces, and from all sorts of brands. The reason I’m including Ferguson Home in the high-end category, however, is that unlike some large online retailers, they also carry more expensive hardware brands like Baldwin, Rocky Mountain Hardware, Emtek, Belwith Keeler, Vesta Fine Hardware, Buster & Punch, and Schaub.
2. House of Antique Hardware $-$$$
As the name suggests, this is a great resource for authentic period reproductions. If you’re restoring an antique home or want a very specific style—be it classic Victorian, elegant Art Deco, or chunky Arts & Crafts—you can find the perfect match here. While these reproduction pieces are on the more expensive side (ranging $30-$80 for a cabinet pull), you can also find more budget-friendly modern collections that are priced more in line with mass-market retailers.

These brands are the sweet spot. They give you that solid, high-end look and feel without the custom price tag. They are perfect for your main renovation where quality matters, but you still need to be mindful of cost.

Rejuvenation is where I go when I’m looking for hardware that feels both classic and current (and might currently be my favorite place to buy cabinet hardware). Their aesthetic is rooted in historic American architecture, and you can expect construction with great weight and depth of finish. I consider Rejuvenation hardware to be higher-end, but not super high-end, because it will run you anywhere from $12-$50 per piece, but they are part of the Williams-Sonoma family, so you can often snag deals during major sales.

If you hired a designer for your kitchen, chances are they’d spec hardware from Top Knobs. This brand is a go-to for the trade, but they also sell retail, too. Their selection is massive and the quality is exceptional for the price point.

Amazon is the undisputed champion for bulk orders and, in my opinion, the best place to find stylish hardware at a low price point. You’ll find everything from generic packs to hardware from name brands like Amerock and Cosmas, as well as lots of dupes for designer styles (Check out the brand Amerdeco for those!) Just be sure to read the reviews to ensure the finish and weight meet your standards.
